Has anyone ever installed this on a first gen 91 ls4 im in the process of doing it right now and having a major issue the new brackets sent with it dont seem to be the right size if anyone has had this happen when they got one of these what did you have to do to correct the problem?

 

you aren't the first, steveski did it too and had Major fitting issues, and iirc ended up drilling new holes/making new brackets

Yup I bought it and had to drill the holes larger for the end links and also drill the holes for the mounting brackets to make them align. It was a PITA but in the end it bolted up and makes a nice difference over OEM. I contacted ADDCO to give them feedback but like most companies they were uninterested and did nothing.

It will work you just need to take your time and drill the holes
