how to adjust Ls400 Throttle Body plate ?

attached pic is LS400 model 2000 throttle body
Can any one tell me how to adjust the plate of the throttle body ?
what are the two screws shown in the picture?

Why are you trying to adjust it?
The throttle is constantly adjusted by the ecu and never made to be manually adjusted as it is a drive by wire system .
