ignition switch problem?????

Default ignition switch problem?????

when i turn my car off, or at least to the off position on the switch, it takes 3 or 4 seconds for the car to turn off and the last time i did it...it grinded the starter like it was trying to restart the car....any ideas?? sounds like the actual switch to me

I searched google.. maybe this will help? Seems the think its the starter seloniod or contacts and plunger.
