Default Gas Tank Questions

I just dropped in to 12's and they do a good job of shaking everything up. Since they are right beside the gas tank, will the subs have any effect on it?

Also, my back seat and trunk panels are all removed and I get a whine that increases with RPMs. At first I thought it was audio related (ground loop), but after I removed the power and ground from the entire stereo, the sound was still there. It seems to be my fuel pump. Is this sound normal? I'm assuming I won't hear it when I put everything back since I only discovered it after removing the insulation/sound deadening (seats and panels).

Thanks

is it a whine through the speakers? If so, correct me if I'm wrong, but it could be the alternator right?

yes this hapened to me to when i put my 2 12's in i took the back seat out and there was a whine (ie no insolation) but when installed back in there is no whine and there the sub's should have no effect whatsoever on your fuel tank.
