knocking noise in rear ls400?

knocking noise in rear ls400?
i have a 94'ls400 and was driving on the hwy and started to hear a faint knocing noise coming from the rear of the car!i would like to know any suggestion what can it be?please help
?it maybe the linkage of the axle or my bearings(wheel) or what ? i have close to 197,000 miles and the car is in very good condition,i don't want to give her up because the repair by lexus is going to cost me major $$$$$"s. can anyone direct me for the part for this and also the price for it?
