Default 93 Cluster Problem

Replaced the C212 and 142 caps for fuel gauge and flickering lights. Everything has been fine for the most part.

When I press the odometer button, nothing happens. I can not access the odometer. Both trip meter buttons and reset button works fine.

Randomly, after sitting overnight, maybe every 3rd night, when I turn on the car in the morning, my odometer is displayed and both of my trip meters are reset to 0, as if the battery was disconnected. No idea. This is the only time I can view the odometer. The miles still collect on it, just the odo button does nothing.

Radio and everything else is fine leaving the battery out of the equation.

Is there another capacitor somewhere that needs replacing on the board? I'm clueless.

Ok, it reset again this morning. I checked the odometer and yesterday it was at 183454. Today it's at 183350.

Turns out one of the pins on the orange connector became bent. It must have been the pin for the odometer/trip meter. They work fine now.
