I received a TomTom GPS for Christmas and I decided to fabricate a small bracket to mount the unit above the time/temperature LCD on the dash.



I also picked up a set of 98-00 LS400 rims from a member on the forum. They were pretty scratched. But I refinished the wheels.

They needed some filler.


Some 400, 650 and 1000 grit sand paper.


Etching primer.


Three layers of color and two of clear.


They look rather nice. There are a few blemishes I need to work on, but nothing major.


Center caps were taped, primed and painted as well.


I'm waiting on a fourth wheel to show up. FedEx shows it is at a processing plant.
