The car looks great man. What type paint did you use? if you don't mind me asking.

What did you do about clear coat? Black Onyx LS400s didn't come with clear from the factory.. so, did you clear it?

 

Thye might have used factory paint. Im not really sure. They did use a clear coat, but only a thin layer of it. They could tell it wasnt clear coated just by a couple of the marks on the rear bumper and told me that they wouldnt spray much clear coat.

I hear that man. At school I park mine out in the dead lots away from campus if i cant get a spot close to my dorm. I have three door edge dings along the bottom part of the door just above the panels that the idiots at school have caused. Dumbasses cant take repect for another vehicle.

 

yuppers they just hating haha since we got nice cars.most people have crappy cars so they dont even kare if they hit other peoples cars. i remember last time i was trying to find parkin and dude this girl knew she couldnt make it into this space. unless she back up and reposition her car. but she went any ways and hit a parked car i was like wthhhh. my school is notorious for hit and run student drivers lmaooo.

 

Looks nice, now get the inside of the headlights black and the tails and it is complete.
Using project kics you will need to go to 20 mm at least to be able to use oem wheels. The kics use factory bolts which stick out of the spacers so they butt up against the inside hub of the rim . So they need to be tightened down slowly in rotation in order to fit. Once done they will pop off small dots of metal which you chisel off and tighten again so it is now seated . It will look odd if you do not have a center cap covering your wheel bolts.

 

Looks amazing, really... just awesome. Makes me want to go monotone on my 1st gen.
