Easy street Air suspension almost ready and finished !
Well i installed my 5 gallon flat black tank , 380 chrome vair compressor ,1/4 inch lines ,water trap and digital display this weekend.
Right now i just dropped off the car at a local air suspension shop to build the shocks as i have no expertise in that department. It all fit in the trunk as my gas tank is located between my rear shock and has a large enough opening above it to fit the air tank as i no longer have a sub woofer to block it on the parcel shelf. If you own an LS400 this is the perfect spot to not loose any room.
Hopefully i should get the car back by Thursday.
I dropped my old oem shocks off at the shop last week to use as templates to save time in making the mounts without having to have the car. but they never did anything until today.
I am dieing to get my car back ....................

You might get pics if i ever get out from behind the wheel long enough to take pics.
Cuba was ok i won't ever be going back as they have a peso artificially inflated to the value at $1.18 Canadian .That is a complete rip off for any 2nd world country never mind one like that and done to rip off tourists.
I so want my car back.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOO even more reason for me to hate on you now. LOL!!! Looks great man. You have always had one of the sexiest LS's on this forum IMO, even thought I hate it with envy. Def. keep us updated.

Thanks for all the positivity.
I used to stand and look at the car and say to myself "man this is my car ".
Now i say " OMG ,damn this is mine. I can't believe I am driving this car of my dreams ". I always wanted a big body V8 slammed , I never expected to have a car so perfect to what i wanted. Just have my fender flares to install and my LED mirror caps to call it a day. Other than that i may add a double din so i can get my XM , nav, screen, blue tooth and ipod and remove the other stand alones to clean up the dash.

This is not a kit it had to be welded and cut to put together.
Right now i still have to adjust the dampening on the shocks to set it up right as it feels really jittery out back. Hopefully soon it will be nicely set up.
It has a full digital controller that will drop the car to the floor at the touch of a button. When i remote start it from the alarm it will stand up 3 seconds after . It takes 2 second to get to ride height and the compressor will not even have to turn on to refill the tank. So right now i can get it to open and close the windows from the alarm remote and start the car which automatically activates the controller to get up. The car looks massively long when it is laid out. I love it as when i hit big bumps my rims are no longer banging and possible bending as the suspension just takes them in.
