well, it seems like more and more often, my a/c led will start blinking at which time the compressor shuts off and i have no more cold air! sometime i'll turn off the a/c then back on and it will be back to normal, but for a couple days, it just wouldnt' work at all.
freon is full, i checked that a couple days ago.
any idea what the problem is?

Its very hard to diagnose over the Internet. Better get it checked ASAP. By turning it off and on again, its a temporary fix thats hurting it in the long run. It obviously shuts off because it detects a problem in the system.

well, that definitely helps, except that like all old LS's, my display is blacked out!
