I have them on my car and i like them but a few say it reminds them of a hearse. It is great for long drives which i do alot also blacks out the interior completely from the outside with my tint. Otherwise the tint is perfect to see out of as the curtains i have are a mesh and allows you to look out fine.

If not installed perfectly they will look cheap as they use Velcro on the ends which lets go and needs to be replaced. Also the set i got were too short for the rear doors and came with no instructions to install them properly the first time.

Come on now, thats rediculous. That reminds me of something you'd see on an old GMC van.

you guys are being too harsh

curtains look good only if the rest of the car is up to par.

ie.
curtains on a mildy modded/stock bodied car = stupid and ridiculous looking
curtains on a VIP/EXE style or even just a kitted car = fitting and appropriate

It's not that common here.

Here's a shot I got of a 1-GS in Japan.

yeah, i think a lot of people who responded don't realize that's part of VIP. of course if the rest of the car isn't VIP, then i wouldn't do the curtains.

That should be the last thing you want to do in building a vip car. After body kit, audio, rims, suspension.

I strongly feel that it only belongs on a LS or Q45. Not GS.

This is the first time i've seen this and I think it's ridiculous. I personally like being able to see out of my car when i'm driving. This is one mod that would never end up on my LS.

Nay on the curtains.
