Did you try www.lexus.com? Online owner's manual is available and got my replacement hard copy for free and super fast mailing. Now if you are looking for tech manuals, you'll probably find them on ebay.

I got the MITCHELL cd of eBay not brilliant but not bad drawings not bad but hard to see on a 19" monitor you need to zoom in and it does that so I give it 6 out of 10
