Does anyone know where I can find a factory lug wrench for my 96 ls 400 someone lost mine before I bought the vehicle!

I'd suggest a 1/2" breaker bar and socket. The stock lug wrench while serviceable IMO is on the short side. Loosening a properly torqued lug is far easier with the additional 6" or so of handle. I don't use mine except when I've had to crank up the scissor jack.
