Hello everone I just bought a 91 LS 400. I also own a 2000 GS300.
What year did they change the shape of the LS400?
Are clear headlight available for the 91 ls 400?
Any suggestions on rims for 91 ls 400?
Any pictures of their 91 LS 400?

They changed it in '95, but very slightly.

Clear headlights aren't available, but you can have your stock ones cleared through a company called Hilltop for a large amount of money.

IMHO, wheels with a full face or thick 5 spoke will look good on the LS.

There are plenty of pics in the LS forum and in the gallery, you just have to search around.
