Default Aftermarket Height Controller Problem

I bought a Celsior from Japan recently and it came with a 'Speedz' aftermarket height controller. Seen here.
Looks like this:

Anyways, the problem is that when I plug it in and start the car, it doesn't do anything. On the controller it only allows me to press one button which raises the front of the car way up and slams the rear. The other buttons do absolutely nothing, the height meter LEDs on the unit work correctly though. The suspension works 100% perfect with the stock suspension computer plugged back in. If anyone could help out I would be very greatful! I can't seem to find any manual on it and get no response from the company (probably because they don't know English :P )
Thanks.
