I've seen some LS400s going down the road that seem to have their high beams on and not their low beams. Is this some different type of wiring that makes the inside lights the lower beams and the outer the high?? Or is this just day-time running lights? I always thought it looked cooler than my lights do in the daytime.

 

Those are the DRL's. They do look cool on the LS during the day. I think the DRL's + fogs would look very nice, but too bad mine isnt a 99+.
