Default Where to start?

i just recently inherited from my mom a 1992 ls400 qith 152k on it, MAINTENANCE REQUIRED, as of tomorrow i am planning to go with, new plugs, cables, fuel filter, air filter, fuel filter and a TB cleansing. my questions are where is the location of the fuel filter, and after the basics are done where can i start MODDING? lol,

the fuel filter is locatedon the passenger side of the differential, i think you have to remove the heat shielding. you should alszo check the tranny fluid

While you are flushing fluids also do the Power Steering Pump fluid. This is a known weak spot for these vehicles and clean fluid will help keep your money in your pocket!!

well what ive done as a quick fix when she was driving it was to grab a turkey baster and suck out as much of the fluid as possible and then refill it with fresh liquid.

now do that a couple more times until the fluid is nice and red and you should have most of the old fluid out

alright cool.... for starters today i cleaned the tb, but after putting it back together i get the trac light on and a ticking csound coming from the left of the tb at the first electrical connection, ne ideas?
