Default traction control

hey i have a 96 ucf20 ls400. the model does NOT come with traction control. for those who live in california know that there was rain for the past days and when i step down a little hard for my gas it just peels. in the dry it would maybe peel out for a sec when i launch in 1st. im getting worried as i shouldnt drive the car in rain. any suggestions to how i can fix this?

1. Check your tires to see if they're worn out or going bald.
2. Get all-season or higher performance tires.
3. Take it easy on the gas pedal during rainy conditions, hydro-planing or fish tailing isn't as fun when there are other cars around you.

hey man....i just bought myself a ucf20 as well with no traction control.....im having a ball of a time with this thing, its very predictable on how it comes out compared to my supra. as far as fixing that problem of peeling of too much.....the best remedy is add some sand bags in your trunk to give some weight in the back to hold the rear wheels from spinning out on you!!
