Exclamation

It COULD have been much worse but I have once been involved in a hit-and-run campaign and it really sucks being the person getting hit. I feel your pain.

It doesn't look as if your muffler's and exhaust pipes got damaged in any way, your Celsior badge is still intact (from what I could see), your red/clear tails on each side of the vehicle seem fine. It mostly looks like paint and dent damage. Be thankful it wasn't worse bro.

But yea, check to see if there were any video camera's that could have caught the culprit on tape and still file a police report. Some people are real asses sometimes and they damage vehicles merely because they're jealous.

Thanks for all the sympathy guys now the crusher. $750 for an easy cometic fix (pull dents, realign bumper, repaint bumper & quarter panels) $1500 for a real fix (remove bumper& pull car panel to realign trunk/bumper repaint) I think I'm gonna split it, get it painted at the cheaper place, get the body work done at the more expensive place, but it'll be a while I may be having to pay out alot o cash for a gearshifter problem.

I feel your pain dude. Somebody smashed my car when it was parked and took off. They caused ~$1000 worth of damage. And just recently some ******* keyed my trunk for no particular reason. What a world!

Now you have an excuse to restore your car back to the way it was SUPPOSED to look.

Guys knock it off or take it to PM. ClubLexus is about supporting other members, not putting them down.

Celica, I respect your opinion and you don't have to like the way other member's cars look, but I ask you to either 1) phrase your post such that it doesn't come across as mean-spirited or rude (example, "not my taste in mods, but good luck getting it fixed"). OR 2) don't post at all if you don't have anything constructive to say (politely)

sonbum1.... please just ignore rude stuff like this or report it to moderators (as in our 'response to comments' forum rules).

Back on track for the post please.

You probably meant your statement as an expression of sympathy and didn't mean it to be taken in the literal sense, but that type of statement qualifies as a threat and, as far as I can tell from reading through the Club Lexus Forums, is not the kind of message that we want to send.
