Question Noise when backing

I recently replaced the brake pads front and rear on my 96 LS. Ceramic on the front. I've been having an irritating and embarassing squeal when the brakes are applied when backing up. The pads came with adhesive metal plates for the front. I used the brake squeal silicone on the rear shims. No brake silicone on the front was used ( no place seemed to be the right place to put it). I went through "setting" the brakes and still have the noise. It's been about 200 miles. Would reversing the pads help? Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks in advance
