Theft Deterrent System ECU

Does anyone know where the theft deterrent system ECU is located on a 1990 LS400? Is that in the engine compartment or the firewall?

No...I'm planning on fixing mine. Relax, I've got my own and stealing is not for me. I work for everything I've got except of course when it comes to the IRS.

Located inside the car, under the dash and near where steering column meets the firewall.
