I have a 95 ls and I am having a surging problem with acceleration. Sometimes the problem is intermittent. Sometimes I have power, sometimes I dont and sometimes it kind of surges.

I have replaced the both caps and rotors, plug wires and spark plugs. This has made a difference but it still happens. Has anybody had this problem ? What is the likelihood that it is the ignition coils ? I have never had to replace coils in any car I have had.
