Default upper control arm?

I do remember when I had upper control arm problems I bought one from the yard.I could remember the car would make clunking sounds when I was turning into a curve and braking at the same time.Another symptom was that when my mechanic shook the wheel as if to check the tire rod, the wheel had play in it.This is why I am doubting the upper control arm.I hope a supension shop can find this out.The car also fishtails when I go over bumps and I think this has something to do with the rear suspension.

Default sway bar for the rear?

I think you are right about the sway bars for the rear.Is the sway bar or the carrier the bar that the struts sits in between?Or is it the V shaped bar which is mounted on the body of the car while the other end goes into the bottom of the spindle?I will test both upper control arms (front)on both sides and also replace the bushings for the sway bar(front).I did also replace the strut bar after hearing that clunk sound. It pays to be a DIY person.
Could you please tell me which one is the sway bar for the rear in this pic?Are the bushings sold separately?

Is it # 3 in the pic?
