confirming a new 1994 1-button key cannot be sourced / adding keyless entry
One of the few disappointments with the 94 I acquired from the 1st owner is the original 1-button keys are long gone. At least it came with 3 oem Lexus 0-button keys that work perfectly.
I do enjoy keyless entry and am determined to have it.
I have learned that the 93-94 models have a unique rom system making it near impossible to hack. According to this utuber anyway. He even suggests sourcing the rom chip and still working single button keys as a matched set from a 93-94 in the wrecking yard. Then swapping that chip into your car. Then filling those keys in with steel epoxy and re-cutting them to your existing key. Dang!!
That is some serious commitment. Even I am not insane enough to try that.
Can we confirm there is absolutely no chance of obtaining a new factory 1-button key that can be coded to my car? I feel as if I already know the answer.
Is there a remote fob available that can be programmed to operate the original keyless entry system in my car? I feel as if I know the answer to this one too.
Assuming all of the above is true... I will add an aftermarket system that will operate my power locks with a fob. This one from AutoLoc looks decent although if I'm being picky I'd prefer a fob with only 2 buttons. Any suggestions for other systems or solutions?

I have an original remote key with one of my cars, and another car that I swapped the ROM chip into the keyless module and have the paired remote key for it, which is used with that car.
At this point, I will say that aftermarket keyless systems are the best solution, because (1) most junkyards don't understand this ROM chip concept, and separate the keys from the keyless module, rendering the remote key useless and (2) remote keys only have a usable range of 3 feet from the car from 1990-1994 model years. For reason (2), I often never use the remote key and just keep it in storage.
With regards to the remote key, new remote keys with ROM chips have been unobtainable new for almost a decade. I was unable to get one back in 2017, so finding a junk car that still had the key and the keyless module was the only answer for me back then.
The YouTube video is correct. Be aware that frequencies changed over the years, but the ES and SC also used the same system for a few years. Your best bet is to find a 93-94 LS junk car that still has the key and keyless module, and purchase both. Then, extract the ROM chip (it's in its own slot in the module accessible via a single screw), and swap it into your car OR just swap the whole module.
However, the system is quite primitive and the range is pretty poor, as I said before.

thank you @CELSI0R
I am leaning towards aftermarket
Is there an aftermarket system that folks here like? The one in the utube video I posted above seems to work and appears very simple to install. Although If I'm being choosy I would much rather have a fob that is a 2-button fob only and not also a key. I would much rather start the car with my original 0-button Lexus key.

I haven't installed an aftermarket alarm ever - for the Lexus, I use the key for everything and just lock/unlock manually without a remote
However, I've always heard good things about Viper Security, though I still cannot personally recommend it as I have 0 experience with it. I would look around the forums and online to see what people use.
