Year of car might be helpful to include.
At least for my 1995, there is a procedure in the FSM to calibrate the throttle position sensor / see if it’s within spec. It’s a mild hassle but all it requires is a multimeter, some feeler gauges and basic hand tools. Easiest done with throttle body off the car.

I believe procedure for 1998-2000 will be different from 1997 and prior so I cannot help directly but it should be covered in the factory service manual for your year. Perhaps someone who has tested / calibrated at TPS for 1998-2000 can comment directly.
Here's the adjustment procedure.

What parts did you have to replace? I'm assuming those parts were why the car sat for a few months? Make sure the battery is fully charged as well. Low charge can cause weird issues.
I don't see your video anywhere.
