At the end of last winter, my speedometer fluctuated and fell to 0. When the temp warmed up it worked fine. No problems throughout the spring, summer or fall. When the winter snows came, the problem reoccurred. Is there a connection exposed to the elements that I might check? Where is it located and what do I look for?
