Im having trac code 24 "Open or short in sub throttle actuator circuit"

My traction control isn't working because of this

What could be the problem?

I've changed the ecu condensators and sub throttle position sensor. Also checked the sub throttle actuactor resistance like in the picture

 

The main engine ECU itself.
Seen it happen in my SC. Very unlikely for that system to fail.

 

What could be the problem in the ECU? I've already changed the old condensators out and it got rid of other problems but not this one.

 

Could be one of the PCB traces was damaged when the capacitor leaked out on the board. Very hard to know. Three layer printed circuit board, if the electrolyte gets down to the center layer and causes damage you could be done for. Happened to me.
Do you have a friend nearby that could loan you an ECU out of a good running car for you to plug in and try?
