Default Suspicious cabin leak

Hey! I woke up this morning to my drivers side back seat floormat completely drenched alongside the drivers side half of the headboard. The sunroof sliding cover was also wet, and it was pushed back inside the roof. My sunroof was closed, and i also tested it for leaks with some water cups (idk how effective that is) to no avail. Its a 1993. Are there any better tests i can do to figure out what happened? Thanks for the help guys

Also, just to note, the other 3 floormats and the passenger side of the roof are completely dry.

water intrusion thru the sunroof is common where the drains get clogged over time and water ends up inside. usually running water thru a hose over the sunroof will reveal the leak!
where the glass meets the metal roof is not 100% waterproof so water is meant to drain into the sunroof, but there are channels inside to direct water to the drains.

was your car parked at an angle, like say on the curb of a street? streets have a natural crown on it for water drainage.

in post #6 you can see the drain tubes:

It was parked in my driveway, ill have to check if its level. Do you know if there are drain holes at the back of the sunroof or only the front?

I've read they're in all four corners but good luck getting to the rear holes from the sunroof. You would probably have to send a line up from where the drain lines end at the rear of the car. I just recently had a leak in the front passenger area. Ran a line down the front drain pipes and the issue cleared up. Used this item from amazon:

Thanks a bunch, Ill definitely buy one of those. My driveway is slanted in the direction of the leak and the area near that sides drains is still wet. It’s definitely the rear drivers side drain thats clogged.

There are no good car covers in stock near me and its going to rain tomorrow, do yall think I could get a tarp and close the doors on it to keep rain from getting in the sunroof?

Idk…having the doors not completely closed could potentially invite water in? I think I would get some plastic wrap or plastic bags and tape them over the sunroof. It will look ghetto but should work
