Starting problem
Alright so I may kinda a dumb mistake. I lowered my1990 Ls400 and didn’t raise my driver side wiring harness in the fender up enough and I rubbed through it partially the other day and the car shut off on me driving home. So I had it towed home. After fixing the harness I noticed that the starter wouldn’t engage. I pulled the starter and bench tested it and it was bad so I replaced it. Now the new one won’t engage. I checked main power from the battery and that’s good but when I check the ignition switch signal wire it show that it’s ground all the time. I recheck the harness in the engine bay and the wheel well and can’t find a problem so I was wondering if yall would have any idea what could be causing the issue if it could be a bad ecu or something else
