Default Power steering…..

My youngest kids 1998 LS developed a small power steering leak, the hose from the reservoir to the pump was leaking at the pump, probably just old.

I replaced those hose today, with the car in the air went lock to lock many times to try to get air out of the system, it continued to burp. After maybe 20 turns, super easy with one finger, I put the car back on the ground and have zero power steering. None. Pump is not making any noise, reservoir is at the proper level.

what am I doing incorrectly, have I inadvertently broken his power steering pump?

Did you follow the attached bleeding procedure?

New or rebuilt pump?

Pump brand or rebuilder name?

didn’t change the pump, just the line going from reservoir to pump.
