Hello I got a 1994 Lexus ls400 a few months back and I've put some money to get it to work well however I am still having an issue with my EFI relay. When i go to turn on the car it will not start unless I pop the hood and press down on the EFI relay. My ecu was rebuilt and i even got a different fuse box but to no avail. It seems like no one has had this issue so I am at a lost. If anyone has an idea as to where i should focus my attention or has experienced the same problem before any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a video of the issue but I cannot post it here It's too big

 

Post it on Youtube. Have you tried a different relay?

 

Yes i have tried multiple relays. Right now i have a brand new oem relay
