3rd gen gs 300 2006...no low beams ( both sides)... everything else works... high beams...fog lights... daytime running lights...park lights..side marker light turn signals .. headlight switch..all working... checked fuses and relays...all getting correct voltage...bulbs bench tested & good...any suggestions..my next steps is replacing ballast...and tips on that.....is it normal both ballasts stopped working at same time???.... please help
