I just pulled the trigger on a set of the housings mentioned in this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...-leveling.html Car is a 2008 RX350. I will lose AFS but will have brand new headlights...a win in my opinion.I want to put all new bulbs in the housings before I swap them in.Will go with 4800K D2S bulbs for the low beams and think I want yellow fog lamps.I do not want to do any major changes to these bulbs(HID projector fogs) just want proven good long lasting bulbs...either halogen or LED.Any suggestions on current 2022

I know this is an old post but I figured I’d give it try to ask my question.

your 2008 RX originally came with projector HID and AFS headlights assembly’s??

You purchased a set of new OEM HID projector headlights but without the AFS system. you only had to swap over the ballast and HID bulbs? You aimed them? They work but you had to unplug the AFS module not the fuse to get rid of the blinking light on the dash?

if the above is correct do you remember the parts numbers for the new headlights?
