Very low headlight output

Can someone please tell me what kind of bulbs to get for brightest headlights. I can't see! Has anyone else had this issue? I have an 06 IS250.

We know that the Japanese things are the best nowadays , their LED lights, their clothes , their Lolita fashion , everything is awesome. But i liked their LED most then any other country.
