Default headlight problem

i have a 2000 GS300. I'm having a problem with my headlights staying on after i turn them off. or if water hits the car i.e. rain or washing it, the lights turn on. i have to pull the headlight relay and stick it back in for them to turn off. i replaced the light switch and relay but the problem still exists. can anyone help point me in the right direction? thanks.

Typically if water keeps the headlights on that means corrosion or water is getting somewhere it should not and is now becoming a conductor for power to bypass a switch that would normally be open.

Are these headlights stock? Any modifications you've made to them?

If you have aftermarket alarm the person who installed it will be responsible for this problem and it will be hella hard to track down.
