Are H11 LED kits brighter them the stock H11 halogen?

Thank you so much for this review! I’ve been waiting awhile in order to see if anyone had anything to say about this kit, and now I have a much better idea as to whether or not this is the right one for my purposes. It looks great and I think I’ll be using it the next time I decide to update my light kit to something new!
