i don't see any problems with the link, though personally i would never do that. i mean, what's the point, if you want to flick people coz' they are too slow, you have high beam. if i am another driver and people do that to me i will probably find it annoying

I agree with rom -- what's the point? Other than to be able to be a jerk every once in a while.

I guess it's kinda like bi-xenons...you can flip the beam pattern upwards for a "high-beam" effect.

ah, this is a good point. my next question would be how to make sure it doesn't shine too high and to return to factory height easily?

Here are some vids of some of the HID Level Controller in action..

Windows media player plays em kinda dark so you will have to RAISE THE BRIGHTNESS a bit.. In Windows Media Player go to "View" then "Now Playing Tools", Then "Video Settings" and then raise the brightness so you can see everything.. Sorry about that..
Make sure you up the player brightness, let em fully load and play em at normal speed then you can see how fast the lights can move.
