Does anyone know why Philips would have 2 different websites to check the authenticity of their bulbs or is 1 fake?

First- which i think is the real site: http://www.chk.philips.com/gb_en/
Second- which is an odd and VERY generic site, mainly because it doesn't link you to the main Philips website like the first one does: http://www.authenticity.philips.com/
