Is there a LED that will be bright enough for use as a high beam that will fit in the 2nd gen IS, saw some but it said not for use with units with dust covers.....

 

I bought a set for my high beams on the 3GS from VLEDS.com and they are crazy bright. They blow my Osram D4S cbi hid low beams away! The leds aren't cheap but worth every penny!

Will these LEDs work with reflector headlamps? My ES has HIDs for low beams and halogen reflectors for high beams. I'd rather not have the high beams spray light up towards the sky.

I had to remove the decoders from the boxes and wrap them up with some tape to fit them in the headlight housings. I'm very happy with the perfomance.
