Default Corroded ballast wiring?

I noticed that my driver side headlight had some condensation a few weeks ago so I aired it out. Eventually, a few weeks later, my headlight went out and so I went to replace my HID bulb. When I opened up the back of the headlight, I found that the connector was rusted/corroded. I tried replacing the bulb and turning the lights on but to no avail. When the HIDs come on, they'll usually make a high pitched noise but on the side that is out, there is no noise. Fairly certain that the wiring from the ballast to the connector is out so what are my current options? Should I just replace the ballast all together?

Here's a picture of what the connector looks like. :<

You could try cleaning the connector to get rid of the corrosion and then see if it works. Otherwise, swapping ballasts with the one on the other side will confirm if the ballast is dead or not.
