Default The Most Basic Question: What Bulb Types?

Have looked a few places finding conflicting answers and bought incorrect bulbs on Amazon due to misinformation so want to get straight.
The car: 97 SC400

I have a few bulbs out.
My fog light bulb which I believe is H3

My side marker light (the orange rectangle on the fender)
What is that light called and what is the bulb size?

Lights that blink when I trigger my Clifford keyless entry, look like they stay on when the headlights are on and are right next to them. Theyre not the turn signals and not the headlights so what are these lights called and what bulb size for them?

Also, can the 168 and 194 bulbs be used interchangeably?? Just wondering.

At night also, my headlight corners are black until the turn signals are activated when they pulse orange as they should. Are these lights supposed to illuminate at night on their own?

Thank you for the info and have a great day
