2003 ES300 Headlight turns off intermittently

2003 ES300 Headlight turns off intermittently
The passenger side headlight turns off after about 5 minutes. If I manually turn the lights off and back on, it comes on and stays on for a while. In fact don't know if it turns off again. It does this in the Auto setting and the manual on settings. Any ideas on how to fix?
