Does anyone know how to install puddle lights on the side skirts of their cars? My question isn't so much how on where to put them but how to wire them. Would it be wrong if I connect the red wire to one of the door lights and the other black one to the other wire to the door light as well? Basically is it wrong to just tap in the wires for the door light.

Any suggestion on how to wire would be great.

not wrong to tap into door light, I'd add in in-line fuse somewhere just to be safe. also it will only turn on with that door light...

If I had puddle lights, I would wire them to the lights under the side-view mirrors (the ones that light on when you approach car with key in pocket, that also turn on when you unlock your car).
