I've been reading and studying different HID installations by some members of the board on their first model ES300s. Over time, it appears that Amrit50's retrofit has been the one that has proven itself duplicatable(i.e themasta3 ect). Ok now I face the moment of truth. I just got the car this week (see the thread "I got it finally" in ES section) but feel a bit reluctant to oven bake her eyes and cut around. I'm not chickening out or anything I just need some instructions and reassurance of this version of retrofiting. For those that haven't been following my threads, I've been talking about installing Audi A6 projectors into an early model ES (1995) and adding on 4100K HID equipment. At this point, I would like to know how good the conversion kits look with factory projectors. (i.e cold spots, hot spots...how light is spread and cutoff ect) Finally, if someone could PM me or feel free to share some info on how the lamps are removed from the car (without taking off bumpers ect) and the process one last time, I would deeply appreciate it.
