Default Will it fry? Ijdmtoy LED's ordered.

On a whim, I ordered some LED license plate modules for my LS, the ones with 18 smd LEDs, within their own housing. Didn't do any research, totally not like me, but ordered anyway.

Are these safe for my wiring? I'm concerned about heat. I did an Led trunk upgrade with Smd panels a while ago. They've been perfect, but my trunk is opened for 10 minutes at a time, max. The license plate ones could be on for up to 5 hours depending on the trip. Wasn't thinking about this when I ordered.

Does anybody know what brand you get when you order the license plate modules from ijdmtoy? Are they racing dash? They seem to have favorable reviews. Thanks .

I would only assume that installing LEDS is a safe bet. They out put more light, with less volts or draw. Thats the whole point of them. If you have them in other locations w/o issues, then again, I would be willing to bet they are OK to use them, even up to five hours.

I have always used www.superbrightleds.com, and never had an issue or problem, besides me ordering the wrong color by mistake!
