i went to a local shop and they had all different types of polarg m6 blubs from yellow to super white.... im guessing super white M6 are the ones most ppl are talking about, the ones that match HIDs the closest ... reply back fixing to purchase some off the net.

Here is an article from the "Do-It-Yourself" section of ClubLexus on Polarg M6 bulbs for the DRL but I think this can be used for the wedge bulbs.

Default $8/pair???

Hi Will...
I just got my M6 last weekend from IMPEX. They charged me $8 per bulb. Are you sure its $8 for a pair of M6??? If that is true, then Harry got me really good consider I bought lots of stuff from him.

Ok, I'm glad I found this thread. It's been really helpful. Maybe some of you guys can answer my questions.

I have the OEM HIDs on my 99 GS4. Which parking light (wedge light?) will match best? I really don't want to fry or overheat anything and brightness really isn't that important to me. So, I would prefer a conservative setup. I'm assuming that would be the M4 right?

Now, how about the other bulb in that housing? The DRL/Hi-beam? What did you guys use for that? I just want something whiter. Because right now, the OEM DRL/Hi-beam is so yellow. Which bulb do you guys recommend for that?

Now, I also plan to replace the orange/amber bumper marker with clear ones. Which light bulb should I use for that? For those with clear side markers, what color are your bulbs?

And what is the conclusion on the pricing? For the M4/M6 are they $8 each OR $8 for a PAIR?

Thanks in advance.

I used M4 for my parking light. It's quite good match with HID.

As far as DRL, I just left it stock. As it's running 50% of power, most bulb will look yellow anyway.

I also have the clear side marker with amber bulb inside. I know some people have m4 there.

For the pricing, I will go to Ebay. Sometimes, you can find $4-5 for a pair including shipping.

for the littel bulb, i have m4, love it

the drl, i never change it. it will never get white anyway coz' of teh 50% power on the drl

for the side marker, if you get it clear, use the m4
