I was wondering if any of you happen to know the lighting wiring for a 99 ES3 cuz i want to be able to turn my fog lights on even w/ just the daytime running lights...but instead it's constructed so i can only turn the foglights on when my low beams are also on...but if there was a way i could just turn the foglights on whenever...that would be greatly appreciated.

 

There's a way to do this by adding a relay somewhere in the circuit. You should find some helpful info by running a search for "fog light relay", I remember there was a how-to on this for the GS, you could compare the setup to the ES.
