Can someone tell me if these are legit? I purchased these off ebay and I'm not sure if there's suppose to be any writing indicating brand on the base of the bulbs as identified from stock photos

I have seen a lot of posts on CL where people are using Garax HID lights and they seem to like them. I do not know where they buy them from but it seems to be a popular choice.

i think you may of gotten replica ones..

the garax i had, had the name on the base of the bulb.. and all the garax bulbs i have purchased from 6000k // 8000k D4C's have came in a different packaging. (purchased from Mod-Express)



and the bulbs came in separate cases

 

hmm... interesting. I'm hoping since it's a D4S theres a chance the individual casing might be a D4C thing.

Looking at how the box was coarsely made, and how the inner packaging is different than the one I have, they are definitely knockoffs.

 

good to know there's a community out there that helped me out. I've since returned these back to the seller, with the help of ebay. Seller refused to take them back but ebay paid for return shipping and refunded me the money. Now, I'm debating where to purchase.

 

guys, either I have really bad luck trying to buy Garax or this is how iJDMToy packages it.



I PM'd him here so hopefully I get a reponse. I was hoping to see a box that looked like what others have shown in this thread.

 

NVM guys, iJDMToys made a mixup and they are sending me the proper ones. Hopefully this will be the last set I come across.

 

I now will no longer shop with iJDMToys ever again unless they really do something to remedy this. It's now approaching 3 weeks since the initial order (1/14/13) and nothing. Not only did they send me the wrong ones, but they take wait until the 24th to send me the return shipping label. The package has been received by their company on the 28th and I have no response to my order.

It seems I can't order Garax bulbs without some type of issue.
