rear tails 50% out

this is how my tail lights are, i checked out the bulbs of the ones that are out and replaced them. no change. does anyone have their tail light out in this pattern or something close to it. ?

there is bit difference in the right and left light.

Bump, the picture above is how the tail lights are when the lights are on, but when I press the brake all the lights come on. Where could the problem be?
