Default HID help?

Trying to install some hid lights they both worked at one time but now my passenger light isn't working I changed the whole hid set up for that side an it won't work I even changed my fuses an still nothing. What could be the problem?

Are the HID's brand new? Have you tried contacting the company who sold it to you? If it didn't work from the beginning I'd say to check if its a reversed polarity HID. Some HID's have reverse polarities depending where its made and for what car its being used, its a matter of flipping the wires at the plug. If they worked when you first got it, and you bought them brand new, its very common to come by faulty or defective ballasts, wires or bulbs, the electronics on these things are very sensitive as its very small, compact and high voltage. If still nothing, you might need a relay for the system. Pics would help to what have happened or what's happening, and more detailed info as well. Threads like this with very minimal info doesn't help us and definitely will not help you get advice.
